What you’ll do:
• Network Cabling
• Network Troubleshooting
• Operating System Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting
• Computer Hardware Troubleshooting, Configuration, and Repair
• Computer Peripheral Troubleshooting, Configuration, and Repair
• Printer Troubleshooting and Repair
• Field Technician Professional Best Practices
• Use of Hand Tools Required for Installation and Maintenance Tasks
• Demonstrated experience equivalent to or verified by certification in the following areas:
o CompTIA A+, MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure, MTA or Microsoft 365: Fundamentals, CompTIA
Network+, CCST, CCT, CCNA, Premise Wiring, BICSI, Fluke Certification, HP printer repair
• Ability to perform installation work from a ladder or crawlspace.

• You have the ability to fulfill the physical job requirements – manual labour is required.
• Valid driver’s license - reliable automobile, SUV or truck recommended. Travel to rural locations on a regular basis is a requirement of the position.
