Parkland Co-op is hiring a Permanent PART-TIME ADMIN CLERK (3 - 4 days per week) at our Administration Office in Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for a wide variety of clerical and accounting office duties in support of the administration office team.
• Perform accounts receivable processing and reconciliations, accounts payable support, billing, transfers and reconciliations, and maintaining appropriate financial documentation through an organized system of filing.
• Execute the established functions within the timelines and parameters established in conjunction with the Office Supervisor all while respecting the policies of the cooperative.
• Maintain diplomatic and accurate interaction with team members, team leaders, customers, and vendors in person, by email and on the telephone.
• Responsible for completing a number of other general administrative clerk duties as defined and assigned by the Office Supervisor
• Require minimal supervision in the general day-to-day duties; however, concerns or unusual inquiries can be redirected accordingly or referred to the Office Supervisor or Payroll/Benefit Manager for follow up.
