What you’ll do:

• Ensure proper meat preparation (cutting, traying, wrapping, pricing, etc.)
• Ensure that the fresh case, frozen and island merchandisers are filled.
• Perform receiving duties or ordering duties when required.
• Prepare special customer orders.
• Adhere to department maintenance schedule, cleaning and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Provide products, assistance and service to customers.
• Complete safety training as required.
